If you would like to share your story with Nick and be considered as a potential future guest, please fill out the form below. If you know someone else who wants to share their story, be sure to share this website with them!

Every story is reviewed, but please understand that due to the large number of requests we receive, not everyone can be interviewed. Please be sure to fill out ALL fields of this form. If your story is chosen, there will be a pre-interview screening call before a recorded interview occurs.

If you are selected for an interview, the following will be required for the Zoom call:

- Laptop with a webcam, either built-in or external (phones cannot be used for interviews)
- Reliable internet connection
- Well-lit room, and without any bright lights in direct view of the camera
- A quiet space, free of distractions
- Two hours of time (average interviews are 60-90 minutes, but there is always extra time factored in for a sound/picture check in the beginning and a few minutes to wrap up after the interview ends)

In addition, if you are chosen, you will be required to submit a high-resolution photo of yourself for use in your episode’s cover art, and you will be required to sign a podcast release form.
